Africa Law Partners was founded in 2019. The firm is a boutique law firm whose area of focus is corporate – commercial law. Our grounding in local law enables us to appreciate any challenges faced in the structuring, implementation and litigation of corporate transactions in East Africa while still maintaining a global outlook.
